Track deals with Pipeline
Define your stages, add the businesses you are working, assign owners, set reminders, and watch win rate - end to end.
Pipeline runs your sales process. A guided wizard takes you from naming stages to a working board, using your own lead lists so nothing has to be re-entered. It tracks stage changes, notes and next steps, and flags deals that go quiet - so you manage the whole cycle in one place.
Create a pipeline
Click New pipeline and give it a name. The wizard opens on the first step - stages - and walks you through the rest in order.
Note: Save a lead list first (see "Build and organize lead lists") so you have businesses to pull in.
Name your stages
Define the steps your process actually has - Researching, Qualified, In conversation, Proposal, Won. Reorder or rename them any time; existing deals move with the change.
Choose your deal fields
Pick the fields that matter to you - deal value, source, expected close date, service line. Every field becomes filterable and shows up in pipeline analytics.
Tip: Fewer fields get filled in more reliably. Start with three and add more only when you miss them.
Add businesses & owners
Pull in a lead list or select businesses individually. Leadiy de-duplicates against deals already on the board, then you assign an owner to each one so nobody wonders whose deal it is.
Set reminders and review
Choose how long a deal can sit untouched before it gets flagged as stale. The review step summarizes stages, fields, owners and reminders. When it looks right, create the board.
Track win rate & cycle length
Watch conversion between stages, win rate and average cycle length on the pipeline dashboard. Deals that stall get surfaced automatically so you can act before they go cold - closing the loop from prospect to customer.
You're done 🎉
That's the full walkthrough. Open Leadiy and try it yourself - or watch the demo above again any time.
