A workspace is where your lead lists, pipelines, reports and saved research live. Everything you build is shared with the people you invite, so your team works from one set of records instead of four spreadsheets. This is the setup step that saves the most pain later, so we cover every role in detail.

1

Open workspace settings

In your dashboard, open Settings and find the Workspace section, then click Manage. You'll see your workspace name, the seats included on your plan, and everyone who currently has access.

You can also skip this during setup and come back later - a solo workspace works perfectly well until you need a second pair of hands.

2

Name your workspace

Give the workspace the name your team would recognize - usually your agency or company name. It appears on shared reports and in the workspace switcher if you belong to more than one.

If you run research for multiple clients, consider a workspace per client rather than one workspace with everything mixed together.

3

Understand the four roles

Owner: full control, including billing and deleting the workspace. There is exactly one owner, and it starts as the person who created it.

Admin: can invite and remove people, create and delete pipelines and lists, and change workspace settings - but cannot touch billing.

Member: the everyday role. Can search, save businesses, run analysis, build reports and work deals, but cannot remove other people.

Viewer: read-only. Perfect for a client or a stakeholder who wants to watch the pipeline without being able to change it.

Tip: When in doubt, invite people as Members. It is far easier to promote someone than to undo an accidental deletion.

4

Send the invitations

Enter each person's work address, choose their role, and send. They get a link that takes them straight into your workspace once they finish creating their account.

Invitations stay pending until accepted, and you can revoke one at any time from the same screen if you sent it to the wrong person.

5

Check the seat count

Each plan includes a number of seats. If you invite more people than your plan allows, the extra invitations stay pending until you upgrade or free up a seat.

Seats are counted by accepted invitations, so a pending invite never costs you anything.

Note: Removing someone frees their seat immediately, and anything they created stays in the workspace.

6

Save and start working

Hit Save. Everyone you invited can now see the same lead lists, pipelines and reports, and every action is attributed so you always know who did what. You can change roles or remove people any time from the same screen.

You're done 🎉
